Exton Post Acute, a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Exton, PA, seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations under Marquis Health Consulting Services. The role requires hands-on clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and staff mentorship to ensure high-quality resident care.

This full-time position offers $38-$55/hour all-inclusive based on experience, along with benefits, shift differentials, and growth opportunities within the Marquis network.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license
• BLS CPR certification
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting
• 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents and families
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership across the unit.
