Job summary

Exton Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to ensure high-quality care in our long-term care facility. This full-time role includes supervising nursing staff and coordinating care activities, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities for residents.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff during shifts.
