Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Kentucky license (single state or compact) required.
• Current RN to practice in Kentucky.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS preferred for Charge RN position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process per policy.
• Plan, delegate and coordinate care for assigned patients.
• Maintain high quality patient care and collaborate with health care team.
• Document assessments and care plans in EMR.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
