Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post Acute Nursing Unit in Somerset, Kentucky. This full-time position offers a commitment bonus of $20,000 for a two-year commitment. RNs will provide direct patient care, coordinate nursing activities, and engage in educational programs. Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree in Nursing and a valid Kentucky RN license.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in Kentucky.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BCLS within 90 days of hiring, ACLS preferred for Charge RN position.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Plans and coordinates nursing care for patients.
• Documents assessment, plan of care, and interventions.
• Assists with patient education and care assignments.
