Rowan is hiring a Studio Nurse to provide safe, sterile, and celebratory ear-piercing experiences. You will perform piercings with precision, guide aftercare, and ensure a warm, confident customer journey.

As a licensed nurse, you’ll support studio operations, mentor teammates, and help uphold Rowan’s clinical piercing standards while engaging customers with expert care and a friendly, entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Eligible to obtain a body art license or registration per state/local laws.
• Strong patient communication and bedside manner.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences with clinical care.
• Mentor and support studio operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Educate clients on aftercare and product care instructions.
• Maintain sterile environments and proper infection control practices.
• Drive sales while ensuring high-quality piercing services.
