Rowan's Piercing Studio Nurse is a full-time role reporting to the Studio Manager. You will perform ear piercings with precision, uphold Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards, and create a safe, clean, and joyful experience for every guest.

Educate clients on aftercare, monitor the process for safety, collaborate with the team to maintain a celebratory atmosphere, and help grow Rowan into a trusted destination for piercing.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly, team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excited to create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers.
• Skilled in providing both technical and non-technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe ear piercing with sterile technique and uphold infection control standards.
• Create magical and memorable customer experiences with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care products.
• Maintain a sterile and organized nurse station and procedure area.
• Monitor customer experience and quickly address issues to maintain clinical standards.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations smooth and joyful.
