Job summary

UCI Health seeks an experienced Supervisor for Perioperative Services to oversee frontline staff, coordinate daily workflow, and ensure safe, efficient surgical case flow. The role includes onboarding and coaching, with accountability for staffing and patient care alignment with policies.

Required are an RN license in California and a BSN, plus 5 years perioperative experience or 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Evening/nights/weekends are expected as part of the container schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• BSN from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years perioperative experience or 2 years with supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead by influence and manage staffing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise perioperative staff and coordinate daily workflow.
