Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide perioperative and operating room nursing care in our Infusion Center. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high reliability in safety and quality.

Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in nursing, an Ohio RN license, and BLS certification; a BSN is required within five years of employment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification required and active OH RN license.
• BSN required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative and operating room nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve clinical quality and patient outcomes.
• Support safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
