Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to provide patient care in Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU settings. The role requires float coverage to NICU, Pediatrics, and related units, with dayshift hours from 7a to 7p and rotating weekends/holidays.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of RN experience in NICU/PICU, active RN licensure in the hiring state, BLS certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• ”Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the hiring state or compact in which duties are performed.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or course completion within 30 days of hire.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and supports Mercy’s mission and standards.
