Mercy seeks an experienced registered nurse with at least 2 years in Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU to join our team. You will provide direct patient care, follow nursing processes, and coordinate with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Role includes floating to NICU, PICU, 5A Mother Baby, 5B Woman's Surgical, Pediatric ED, and Pediatric Outpatient Services. Night shift 7p-7a, full-time with weekend/holiday rotation. New graduates not eligible.

Formación

• Must have at least 2 years RN experience in Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU.
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) or within 30 days of hire.

Position Details:

Must have at least 2 years RN experience in Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU.

Will float to Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics and NICU 5A Mother Baby, 5B Woman's Surgical, Pediatric ED, and Pediatric Outpatient Services.

Nightshift 7p-7a. Full time only. Will rotate weekends/holidays.

Experienced Nurses only- No new graduates.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
