Job summary

ARMStaffing seeks an experienced RN for its NICU-Based Float Pool, providing care to neonates and pediatric patients across NICU, PICU, Pediatric units, and newborn nurseries. You will administer medications and IV therapy, monitor cardiac/respiratory status, manage ventilators, assist with feeding, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; NJ/Compact RN license and BLS/NRP/PALS required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of NICU Level III and PICU experience.
• Active NJ or Compact RN license required at submission.
• Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in NICU for critically ill neonates and children.
• Administer medications and IV therapy, including arterial/central lines.
• Monitor cardiac/respiratory parameters and ventilator management.
• Perform feeding interventions and manage feeding tubes as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Participate in QA initiatives and document in EPIC.
