Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in neonatal and pediatric units, with night shifts and floating assignments across NICU, Pediatrics and related pediatric services.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of RN experience in NICU/PICU, be licensed in the hiring state (or compact licensure) and able to obtain Basic Life Support certification. This role requires physical endurance and a strong commitment to Mercy’s mission and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and protect patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform duties aligned with Mercy mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.
