Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities.

Nights available: Saturdays 7p-7a; Days available: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 11:30-5p, Wednesdays 7a-5p. Pay rate: $35-45 per hour. Benefits and required qualifications are listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license valid in the practiced state.
• Current Health Certificate as required by facility regulations.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray; current BLS card.
• One year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric nursing care for a patient with complex medical needs.
• Perform trach care, ventilator management, seizure monitoring, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a pediatric patient with complex medical needs (Tracheostomy care, ventilator management, seizure monitoring, personal care, medication administration, PRN oxygen, etc.)

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
