Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with two pediatric brothers in the home setting for full-time or part-time opportunities. Overnight shifts are 7p-7a and the role offers a competitive hourly rate.

Preference for nurses with pediatric homecare experience, tracheostomy and ventilator experience, and high-acuity pediatric care. Ideal candidate will manage both brothers in a single home setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Certification in BLS required.
• Experience with pediatric homecare preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience in home settings preferred.
• Overnight availability is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a pediatric patient with complex medical needs (tracheostomy care, ventilator management, seizure monitoring, medications).

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with two pediatric brothers in the home setting for full-time or part-time opportunities.

Overnights: 7p - 7a

Salary: $45 - $55/hr

Start of care date currently unknown. We are anticipating sometime in the month of October/November 2026 while we await updates on patients progress toward discharge from the hospital.

Preference for nurses with homecare experience, and experience working with high acuity pediatrics, including Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience in the home setting. Pediatric homecare experience also preferred. Ideal schedule would be one nurse working with both brothers.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a pediatric patient with complex medical needs (Tracheostomy care, ventilator management, seizure monitoring, personal care, medication administration, PRN oxygen, etc.)

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
