Job summary

The AUM will manage resources, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize workflow and patient experience. Requires CA RN license, BSN, BLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in an area of similar clinical expertise.
• Supervisor and/or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Current American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) required.
