Job summary

MemorialCare Health System in Long Beach, CA is seeking an RN, Clinical Supervisor for the Peds Cardiac ICU. This full-time, day-shift role offers a pay range of $66.32/hr to $99.47/hr and a $10,000 signing bonus for external hires.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee patient care quality, staffing, and regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians to optimize unit performance while upholding MemorialCare's values of integrity and compassion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an area of similar clinical expertise.
• Supervisor and/or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Current California RN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises patient care within one department on shift.
• Leads staff to ensure safe, high-quality care and efficient operations.
• Manages staffing plans and resources per acuity.
• Collaborates with physicians and teams to optimize workflow.
• Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Engages staff and drives performance improvement initiatives.
