AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) with weekend rotation. The role supports 36 hours per week on a night schedule, offering growth through our Clinical Ladder and salary increases based on experience and advancement criteria.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, patient education, and coordination with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitor adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
