AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a critical care–oriented role at our Wesley Chapel facility. The position includes night shifts, patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team in a fast-paced environment.

The RN will document in the EMR, participate in quality initiatives, and mentor staff while ensuring safety and compliance with policies. Requires AD nursing and valid Florida RN license; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with critical care experience and appropriate licensure.
• Bachelor’s preferred indicates advanced education.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation and patient records.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and collect data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
