Atlas MedStaff LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit in Burlington, NC. Join a dedicated Cardiac Progressive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiac and respiratory patient management. This 13-week assignment offers 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with a caseload focused on patients with congestive heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, arrhythmias, and those undergoing cardiac interventions. The role involves interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, cardiac drips, ventilator support such as BIPAP, and caring for post-procedure cardiac patients. Staff work in a team-based environment, scheduled via a flexible self-assisted system, ensuring a balanced workload across shifts. This position is ideal for nurses with at least 2 years of experience, including charge RN background preferred, comfortable with telemetry and emergency response procedures, and able to handle a busy cardiac step-down setting.
