RN PCU Full Time Nights Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. It involves assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. The role also includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role supports the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.

Candidate Requirements for RN Progressive Care Unit Full Time Nights

The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed. In accordance with the ADA, modifications may be made to reasonably accommodate disabled individuals, provided they do not pose health or safety risks or cause undue hardship.

Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required.

Minimum Experience: Clinical experience review; one year of telemetry experience preferred. CCRN preferred.

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Valid Multi-State RN License from your resident state. If holding a license from another Compact state, apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License within 30 days. AHA BLS CPR certification required; AHA ACLS required within 6 months of hire for PCU. CCRN preferred.
