RN PCU Full Time Nights Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. The role also supervises staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. It is responsible for supporting the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.
