RN PCU Full Time Nights Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. The role also supervises staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. It is responsible for supporting the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.

Qualifications for the RN Progressive Care Unit Full Time Nights Candidate:

• Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum Experience: At least one year of clinical experience preferred; telemetry experience and CCRN certification preferred.
• Required Certifications: Valid Multi-State RN License, American Heart Association BLS CPR, and ACLS within 6 months of hire. CCRN preferred.
