Job summary

Sauk Prairie Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide direct clinical patient care on a full-time night shift basis. Responsibilities include assessing and supervising clinical care while ensuring a high quality of care and patient safety. Candidates should hold an Associates degree in Nursing and have at least one year of clinical experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clinical experience, telemetry experience preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• BLS CPR certification and ACLS certification required.

RN PCU Full Time Nights Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, implement, and supervise direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. It supports the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining clinical staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.

Qualifications for the RN Progressive Care Unit Full Time Nights:

• Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum Experience: At least one year of clinical experience, with telemetry experience preferred. CCRN certification preferred.
• Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid multi-state RN license from your state of residence. If licensed in another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a multi-state license within 30 days. BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required. ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire for PCU roles. CCRN certification is preferred.
