RN PCU Full Time Nights - Sign-on Bonus up to $20,000 (based on eligibility)

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. The role also involves supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The RN is accountable to support the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.

Candidate Requirements for the RN Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Full Time Nights

The following requirements are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed.   • Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum Experience: Clinical experience reviewed for acceptability; one year of telemetry experience preferred; CCRN preferred.
  • Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Valid Multi-State RN License from your state of residence is required. If you hold a license from another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License in your state within 30 days. AHA BLS CPR certification is required; AHA ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire for PCU. CCRN certification preferred.
