RN PCU Full Time Nights Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.

Candidate Requirements for the RN Progressive Care Unit (Full Time Nights)

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. • Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum Experience: Clinical experience review; one year of telemetry experience preferred. CCRN preferred.
• Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from your state of residence. If holding an RN license from another Compact state, apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License within 30 days. AHA BLS CPR certification is required. AHA ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire for PCU. CCRN certification preferred.
