Qualifications

• 2–5 years nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year of Epic and bed management knowledge.
• 1 year of call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and coordinate patient intake and transfers.
• Act as liaison between physicians, hospitals, and care teams.
• Triage calls and manage inbound/outbound transfers.
• Provide guidance on clinical concerns, level of care, and regulatory considerations.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff; participate in transfer center operations.
