Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Computer (Windows environment) experience.
• Experience in a variety of software applications with emphasis in word processing and data entry.
• 2 years recent acute care nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage patient admissions, transfers‑in, direct admits, and ED admits to Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
• Verify bed availability and facilitate acceptance of patients across Providence facilities.
• Communicate with physicians to coordinate patient placement and referrals.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
