You will assess admission requests using clinical criteria, facilitate cross-department communication, and help monitor the admission process to prevent delays. Hybrid work options are available after orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of RN experience.
• Graduate from a specialty training program in nursing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform clinical screening and utilize healthcare criteria.
• Flexibility to work in a clinical environment, with hybrid work options after orientation.

• Identify and report quality and process issues, supporting continuous improvement.
• Serve as a resource on bed availability and system-wide inpatient flow management.
• Participate in on-call coverage and adapt to changing department needs.
