Shift: 12:00pm - 12:00am (3 shifts per week)
Maintains communication with referring physicians and transferring hospitals regarding bed availability or access delays. Continuously re-evaluates patient placement requests and adjusts staffing and bed management plans accordingly. Evaluates available beds and develop contingency plans with charge staff to ensure uninterrupted patient operations. Identifies needs and opportunities for operational improvements to enhance patient access and bed turnaround. Initiates, promotes, and participates in interdisciplinary collaboration regarding patient placement. Supports and promotes excellence in customer and guest relations. Maintains a professional, collaborative, and congenial rapport with internal and external contacts.
Bachelor's of Nursing [Required] Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
2+ years of clinical experience. [Required] Previous clinical experience in an acute care or critical care area. [Preferred] Previous experience in a patient placement or transfer center [Preferred]

Pay Range: $33.99 - $63.22
