Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong data interpretation and analysis skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good time management, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced medical program environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient journey processes in a high-volume program.
• Act as advocate and navigator for patients and program stakeholders to resolve access or affordability barriers.
• Analyze program data and processes to identify improvements and drive efficiency.
• Provide operational reporting to clients and program leadership on health metrics.
