Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Patient Journey Lead‑RN in North Carolina to support the HUB and Patient Assistance Program. The role emphasizes data-driven process improvement, stakeholder advocacy, and ensuring timely access to medications for patients.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in market access or pharmaceutical operations. On-site role with core responsibilities in program operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 5+ years of customer service experience in a service-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to management and staff.
• Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, time management and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Market Access and the Pharmaceutical Industry helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient journey process and checkpoints in a high-volume program.
• Act as advocate/navigator for program patients and provide information; serve as focal point for access or affordability hurdles.
• Analyze data to determine necessary actions based on program facts.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to enhance program effectiveness and speed to therapy.
• Monitor activity to meet SLA and KPI requirements.
• Develop and audit program processes to ensure adherence and consistency.
• Provide leadership and operational reporting to the client on program health.
• Identify trends and coordinate with stakeholders for resolutions.
• Report pharmacovigilance information as required by clients.
• Adhere to training deadlines and follow SOPs.
• Conduct miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned.
