Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Remote RN trainer to provide personalized face-to-face training to Acelis Connected Health’s home testing customers on obtaining finger stick samples, operating PT/INR products, and reporting responsibilities. This per-diem role is state/city specific and includes travel to customers’ homes.

The trainer must have an active RN license and clinical experience; occasional travel of up to 100 miles is expected, with secure communication of PHI.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license is required.
• Clinical experience with anticoagulation management or homecare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remotely set up training appointments with customers/caregivers.
• Travel to customers' homes within the trainer's general geographic area.
• Demonstrate and instruct proper use and care of PT/INR equipment.
• Explain test reporting options to customers.
• Document and submit training records electronically.
