Hackensack Meridian Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to deliver evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations. Applicants must hold a current NJ RN license and BLS/CPR certification; BSN preferred or to be obtained within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies, and standards of care to provide safe, excellent, patient-centered care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other health care team members regarding patient status and plan.
• Responsible for patient satisfaction and care experience according to HMH standards.
• Medication administration using latest clinical documentation technology for safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family centered care to optimize health and disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage the patient’s plan from admission to discharge.
