Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. Responsibilities include ongoing education, collaboration with the health team, and adherence to safety protocols. A BSN within five years is encouraged; Ohio RN license required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of Ohio.
• BSN within 5 years of hire is preferred or required by policy.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs and safety risks.
• Develop and revise care plans with measurable goals.
• Communicate care plans using SBAR and handoff processes.
