Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
• BSN or higher.
• Current State of Illinois, Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent, evidence-based care for assigned patients.
• Engage in teaching, mentoring and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in decision-making to advance patient plans of care and improve unit operations.
• Advocate for patient-centered care and involve families in planning.
• Maintain ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
