Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care within our comprehensive health system in Chicago. Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing program.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent, evidence-based nursing care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in line with NMH standards.
• Document patient responses and update care plans accordingly.
• Mentor and precept new team members to ensure high-quality care.
