Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Basic Life Support certification (required at hire for RSF locations; preferred at hire, required before independent patient care)
• Valid nursing license from the state of practice (required)

• Diploma in Nursing (required)
• BSN (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and data analysis.
• Create care plans and implement treatments; evaluate effectiveness.
• Administer medications safely per Practice standards and policies.
• Coordinate care and serve as patient safety advocate across departments.
