Altru Health System in Grand Forks, ND seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care on the assigned unit, following established policies and procedures. The RN supports care coordination within the interdisciplinary team and provides patient education to ensure safe discharge.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Requires an active RN license in ND or a compact state and BLS. ACLS within 90 days may be required for specialty areas; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in ND or a compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 90 days for Interventional Pain Management specialty.

Responsabilités

• Develops a plan of care based on assessment across physical, psychological, social and educational needs.
• Assess and address patient conditions, set goals, and plan nursing actions including discharge.
• Monitor and respond to pain, acting per SOP.
• Identify early warning signs and respond to deteriorating patient conditions.
