Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with North Dakota license or compact state agreement.
• RN I requires ASN/ADN or RN I with ASN/ADN; RN II requires 6+ years with ASN/ADN or 3+ years with BSN; RN III requires 12+ years with ASN/ADN, or 6+ years with BSN, or Master/Doctorate.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily rounds on all patients and coordinates care with the team.
• Develops a plan of care based on assessment of age, needs and conditions.
• Assesses patient condition and prescribes nursing actions to meet goals.
• Identifies early warning signs and responds to deteriorating patients.
• Discharge planning and patient education to ensure safe discharge.
