The role emphasizes assessment, care planning, pain management, early warning sign recognition, and timely reporting. It requires an unencumbered RN license, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Must hold an unencumbered nursing license prior to start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days.
• Interventional Pain Management: ACLS within 90 days.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a plan of care based on assessment reflecting patient needs across age and condition.
• Assesses, intervenes, and reassesses pain and symptoms per procedures.
• Identifies early warning signs and responds to deteriorating conditions.
• Documents observations and communicates with the interdisciplinary team; ensures timely referrals.
• Begins discharge planning and provides education to optimize patient understanding.
