Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota or a compact state.
• RN levels I–III defined by experience and education.
• Current BLS, ACLS; ECCO preferred; ability to discharge plan.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily rounds on all patients, coordinating care and ensuring quality service.
• Develops a care plan based on assessment of patient needs and age-related factors.
• Assesses patient condition, sets goals, and prescribes nursing actions to meet goals.
• Identifies early warning signs and responds; documents observations accurately.
• Assists with emergency measures and ensures prompt referrals when needed.
• Completes incident reports and participates in discharge planning education.
