Job summary

Qualifications

• RN experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and discharge patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Current unencumbered nursing license in North Dakota or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds and coordinate patient care to ensure quality service.
• Develop and implement a care plan based on patient assessment and needs.
• Identify early warning signs and respond to deteriorations per SOP.
• Document observations and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Assist with coordination of care and referrals as needed.
