Job summary

You will partner with managers to optimize patient flow, education, and service excellence while upholding hospital policies and the organization’s faith‑based mission.

Required qualifications include a BSN, RN license with BLS and ACLS, and 2 years of experience. MSN is required if the Bachelor's is not in nursing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RN license with BLS and ACLS.
• BSN required; MSN if non-nursing bachelor's.
• Certification in specialty within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads patient care units; coordinates staffing.
• Supports manager with staff evaluations and education.
• Coordinates staffing for current and upcoming shifts.
• Ensures hourly rounding and compliance with policies.
