Job summary
Baptist Health South Florida in Miami seeks an experienced nurse leader to provide supervision and leadership to the patient care units. You will collaborate with the manager on staff evaluations, patient flow, and family education, and serve as a patient/guest service ambassador while coordinating staffing and nursing assignments for each shift.
Required BSN (or higher if non-nursing degree) and RN licensure with BLS, ACLS, PALS or NRP as applicable. Minimum 2 years of experience.
Qualifications
- BSN required or higher in nursing.
- RN licensure.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or NRP as required by unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and leadership to patient care units.
- Collaborate with manager on staff evaluations and patient flow.
- Coordinate staffing and nursing assignments for current and upcoming shifts.
- Serve as patient/guest service ambassador and support problem solving on tour of duty.
