Qualifications include a BSN, RN license, and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS or NRP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• If Bachelor's degree is non-nursing, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and leadership to the patient care units; collaborates with manager on staff evaluations, patient flow, and staff education.
• Coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for current and oncoming shift; participates in hourly rounding and ensures compliance with hospital policies.
• Ensures services are provided within Baptist Health South Florida's philosophy and procedures; supports problem solving on tour of duty.
