Qualifications

• BSN required or preferred for nursing leadership role.
• MSN required if bachelor's degree is not in nursing.
• RN license and active status.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as unit requires.

Responsabilités

• Provides supervision and leadership to patient care units.
• Collaborates with manager on staff evaluations, patient flow, and staff/family education.
• Coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for current and upcoming shifts.
• Participates in hourly rounding and ensures compliance with hospital policies.
