Job summary

Baptist Health South Florida seeks an experienced nurse leader to supervise and guide patient care units. You will collaborate with the manager on staff evaluations, patient flow, staff education, and serve as a patient/guest service ambassador.

Required qualifications include a BSN (MSN if non-nursing bachelor’s), current RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS or NRP as needed, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience; the role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and an hourly pay range of $46.94–$62.43.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN required if Bachelor's degree is non-nursing.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as unit needs within 6 months of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and leadership to patient care units; supports manager with staff evaluations and patient flow.
• Coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for current and oncoming shifts.
• Ensures services align with hospital policies and Baptist Health South Florida.
