Boone Health is seeking a capable nurse leader to oversee the operational and clinical management of a designated patient care unit on a 24-hour basis. The role includes budgeting, staffing, and ensuring high-quality patient care in alignment with organizational goals.

Required are a Bachelor’s in Nursing and RN licensure with 2–5 years of experience, plus supervisory exposure. A Master’s in Nursing and advanced ED operations experience are preferred, along with board certification in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and RN licensure required.
• 2–5 years of experience with <2 years supervisory experience.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience; 3–5 years recent Emergency Department operations management.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages individual(s) including hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans.
• Ensures productivity and actions meet department goals per leadership directives.
• Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets.
• Responds to changes in the business affecting budget goals.
• Directs the delivery of safe, evidence-based patient care.
• Ensures team compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and professional standards.
