Qualifications

• Arizona RN license is required and must be active.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as applicable by department.
• L&D specific credentials or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs on admission and ongoing across multiple domains.
• Determine nursing diagnoses from assessments and data.
• Set realistic, population-specific outcome goals with family input.
• Implement orders and adjust care to patient status; supervise staff as needed.
• Participate in hourly rounding and ensure safety and quality.
