Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in Arizona; CPR required; ACLS required.
• 3–5 years clinical Med/Surg and Telemetry experience; 2 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations and staff performance.
• Participates in annual budget development and cost control.
• Develops staffing schedules and coordinates training.
• Leads staff development, coaching, and evaluation.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety.
