Job summary

Lexington Park Health & Rehab in Topeka is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will work under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing, collaborating with physicians, patients, and families to deliver compassionate care.

You will provide care per care plans, educate patients and families about progress, maintain and review clinical records, and help ensure Kansas and Federal compliance on bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety.

Qualifications

Provide care per the patient care plans.
Communicate education and progress to patients and families.
Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress.
Monitor compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements (bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, fire safety).
